Thank you very much to every single person that has been supporting my work on this podcast, it is my 3er anniversary and I am very thankful for those that listen to this content, and I’m sure there will be more people joining us for our Capoeira Experience in 2022!!

I know 2021 has been hard for some, including myself, but regardless of the negativity out there, I want to let you know life always brings new opportunities, every day we just gotta look for those opportunities, be aware of what we want so we can identify those opportunities once they come.

There is always room for improvement, especially for us as a community, there is always something to learn, something to look for.

Thankfully my Capoeira journey has been blessed as a teacher and as a student!
