After 4 years of college basketball, Wyatt began his career in corporate America working for a large foundation company grossing over $100M annually and quickly became #1 salesman. While finding success in corporate he became dissatisfied with the corporate lifestyle and which sparked investing in real estate to build passive income. Wyatt co-founded Full Circle Real Estate, a direct to seller real estate acquisitions company. In 4 years of focused investing Wyatt became financially free at the age of 27. Currently Wyatt has a portfolio of over 200 units totaling over $17M assets under management including single family homes, self- storage units, and multifamily apartments. Wyatt is also founded Full Circle Property Management, his in house management team. Featured in the Jake and Gino movers and Shakers podcast, The Healthy Investor Podcast, and Success Science, Wyatt has helped investors internationally create passive income with real estate.
