2. Be a role model!
3. You don’t have to be perfect. You just have to authentic!
4. Lead by example.
5. People are watching.
6. Love without barriers!
7. Ask others to “join me” and never take “no” personally!
8. The power of change is within you!
9. There is no finish-line!
10. Today is the most important day of your life!
Your trainer challenge is to Win The Day. Yep, win this day and then attack the next one. Dig deeper, push harder, share more, surround you with goodness, love, health, wellness, fitness and positivity.
