This episode is the first in a six-part series on becoming fully human. We're kicking off our dialogue on this topic by talking about rest as an essential component of what it means to be human.

Through this series we want to answer the question of what would it look like for us to fully flourish? If there were no Fall and sin, what would our lives look like?

In a lot of ways, being fully human is what freedom in Christ is about. But in order to achieve this we have to move out of sin management and toward delighting in the gift of being human.
