Creating Ripples celebrate one year on December 15th. Alex reflects on how it feels to have been putting episodes out into the world for one year, the gratitude she has for this experience and you being part of it, and encourages you to go after the thing pulling at your heart strings. She also shares about an opportunity she had to be kind and how it reminded her we all face our own battles and the opportunity we have each day to take part in an act of kindness.
