On this weeks episode, Prince is joined by NBA trainer and mindfulness expert Graham Betchart, who trains NBA players like Aaron Gordon and Jaylen Brown on the technical and also the spiritual side of professional sports. Graham was a basketball player himself and found meditation at a young age, helping him hone his practice and allowing him to teach athletes his "play present" mindset, pushing players to play in the moment and move on quickly from missed shots or errors in order to maximize their effectiveness on each play.
