This episode is a hard one. It was our honor to sit with our sister, frfr, who is a SANE Nurse (Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner) in the DFW area. She tells some graphic stories of a few cases she has dealt with. She also discusses not only sexual assault but domestic assault as well.
