So let’s continue to plunge into the unknown (or sometimes known) waters of our deep psyche. What attitude is needed? How can we support each other? What are we likely to discover that we don’t already know..? How do we continue to accept, know, soothe & heal these deep wounds, & essentially, change the meaning & negative narratives that cripple our confidence, self esteem & personal relationships? Also by the courageous process of self inquiry into the deepest recesses of our souls we are enabled to glide beautifully through life..
