119. Truly Accepting Uncertainty

An example of how we once thought certainty was a thing that we wanted, by now we should have understood that it's not always the case. Today we embrace uncertainty and not be afraid to change. - Don’t resist uncertainty

- By listening to good information.
- Don’t believe everything that you think
- If you’re thinking about it doesn’t mean it's true
- Nobody and nothing is going to rescue you.
- You can do whatever you want, vote for who you wanted to vote for, etc.
- No one is coming to save you from yourself.
- Up level your self-care rituals
