    • Make a plan
    • Put fork down and leave food behind
    • Pass on break room food or when hubby says here have some
    • Stop eating instead of fighting for more, even when you are unsure if it is enough
    • Normalize fear with the first time
    • Accept that you do it imperfectly
    • Support yourself as you do it.
    • My Mantra when I do hard things - "This is the last time it will ever be this hard"
    • Acknowledge how many hard things you've done, knowing YOU CAN DO HARD THINGS!
