Jarvis:Hello everybody, welcome to our amazing podcast called Clear Skies Ahead.

Jarvis:My name is Jarvis and today our watchword today is where we stop the smoke from spreading. Today we have a special guest. Please greet Saverio!

Saverio:Hello Jarvis hello and everyone.

Jarvis:So what's the topic for today?

Saverio:Good question Jarvis today’s topic is smoking.

Jarvis:Wow that's a very interesting topic I wonder what you have in mind for all the audience here.

Jarvis:But first I'm going to ask a few questions about your opinion on smoking.

Saverio:Sure Jarvis you can ask anything.

Jarvis:Do you think teenagers are allowed to legally smoke?

Saverio:No, because for their age it's prohibited, it is bad for their health,and it can even cause lung cancer and it can lead to death.

Jarvis:Wow a nice answer Saverio I just knew that smoking is prohibited for teenagers and it can cause lung cancer I better watch out for the smokes.

Saverio:Yeah you should it is mandatory to keep our health safe because God made us well according to his image and we need to give the utmost care

Jarvis:Next question, what ingredient might make smoking extremely addictive?

Saverio:Nicotine makes smoking extremely addictive because it has a chemical that triggers dopamine,this chemical makes a happy and feel-good sensation and it can cause increasing 

heart rate and higher blood pressure and cardiac compressions.

Jarvis:Oh so that's the main cause of teenagers being addicted to smoking nicotine is truly dangerous,I feel worried for teenagers that are frequently smoking.

Jarvis:Now Saverio it's time for the main questions that have left me wondering for years.

Jarvis:How does smoking affect teenagers lifestyles?

Saverio:Smoking affects teenagers in their sleep. By smoking it makes the person extremely hard to sleep.Smoking even affects your mental health by increasing anxiety and depression.

Jarvis:That's a new fact for me. I should avoid smoking. I do not want to be depressed and it will affect our mental health,next question: how many teenagers smoke before the age of 20?

Saverio:According to the data of the ministry of health 75.3% of teenagers started smoking before the age of 20.

Jarvis:Wow Saverio that's a high number and the fact that those people were below 20.That is insanely concerning.

Jarvis:Next question I have for you Saverio is how many people started between age of 15-19 years old?

Saverio:So according to UNICEF's research 52.1% people began smoking between the age of 15-19 years old.

Jarvis:Those numbers are very high how can people stay silent during this situation this is extremely concerning Saverio.

Saverio:Oh yea Jarvis I've brought some facts based on some datas I found,

1.Smoking 1 Cigarette  can take 11 minutes of your life.

those people get a huge amount of help by locals or anyone.
