The two were reported having left Fedex Stadium 4 hours after the game. Meanwhile, Daniel Snyder's right hand man, Bruce Allen, left the stadium 3 hours prior to Smith and Snyder leaving, which leaves many to question Bruce Allen's future with the Redskins, and again, Smith's growing influence on the Redskins organization. However, in Carpenter's piece, he is under the impression that Smith isn't preparing himself for an executive role, rather he is still eyeing a return to the field next year.
