Alex Mohajer is a candidate for California State Senate in the 37th Senate District, representing Orange County. Since 2021, he has served as President of the Stonewall Democrats, one of the nation’s oldest LGBTQ+ political advocacy organizations. If elected, he will be the first LGBTQ+ legislator elected from Orange County and the first openly gay Iranian man elected anywhere in the world.
