When God promises to send a Savior, the Messiah, He is not the exclusive Deliverer for the nation of Israel. Yes, God sent Him TO Israel, but it is also important to know that God sent Him THROUGH Israel. Jesus Christ is the Savior of the World. And just because someone doesn’t acknowledge Him as such right now doesn’t mean that God can’t draw that same person to Himself later. We may think that Muslims will never be saved, but can they be?
