I created these 5 steps based on what I did and what worked for me!  I learned them from reading books, listening to podcasts and going to real estate meet ups.  It can seem overwhelming at first, but the more you know, the less overwhelming it is.  I spent a year learning before getting our first property.  It takes time, patience and persistence.  If you don't have much of any of those, this may not be for you.  But if you do, let's get it!
