With May being Mental Health Awareness Month, I want to take all month to speak on and advocate for Mental Health. To me, this subject is of utter importance and I wholeheartedly believe once we learn to give our mind the care it needs and break the stigma surrounding Mental Health, we as a nation but also as humankind will be better for it.
