This is a story about ME, your host Baylee Demars! I grew up dreaming of the children I would one day have while at the same time feeling terrified that it would never happen for me, given my family history of infertility. After my first son's miraculous yet traumatic pre-term birth, I was eager to have a second shot at a "perfect pregnancy". Take a listen to learn how my worst fears were manifested and what that process of healing looked like for me. After hearing my story, you may better understand why I entered my first pageant at 12 weeks postpartum and why I chose my platform to be "Before the Rainbow: Supporting families of pregnancy & infant loss through community, conversation and compassion".
