Hi Beauties!  In today's episode I talk to Andrea, Andrea is an Orgasm coach, sexual trauma and grief specialist.  In today's show we talk about how orgasm coaching helps us in our feminine bodies to be less in your head and be alive.  Andrea puts it best when she says My BIG-O is mine, my body is mine, my sexuality is mine, My life is mine, my choices are mine.  Yes Girl!  We all need to be less in our heads about our sexuality, when we are in our heads your body is not functioning as it should be.  We discuss connecting to your feminine body, awakening senses and relaxing and letting it all flow together.  You will feel alive.  Andrea has this calming voice and we did a 2 min meditation with me and I tell you ladies, it took me to a place that brought tears to my eyes in a good way.  I felt it.  If you want to change and be reborn in your sexual energies I highly recommend reaching out to Andrea!
