Javondlynn Dunagan is the founder and CEO of JMD Defense, located in Chicago. She retired as a US Probation Officer in 2016 after a distinguished 25-year career. As a safety educator, Javondlynn is passionate about training professionals, businesses, and nonprofit organizations in workplace safety and emergency operations procedures. She is a certified firearms instructor, range safety officer, and distinguished expert shooter with the NRA Marksmanship Program. As our friend from college, Javondlynn has an amazing background in gun education as someone who is committed to offering services to customers and clients with an uncompromising level of integrity. She is considered a trailblazer in the firearm community and safety industry who has received several awards for empowering women in the area of safety, education, and responsible firearm ownership. In addition to her appearance on BAI, she has been featured in other radio and print media interviews.
