It can be so challenging living in modern times to deal with our emotions and reactions to external things but as we practice these ancient and simple techniques it gets simpler and easier to manage our responses. 

Breathwork, ego, soul missions. Calming your emotions and what we agree to do along the path. Fight, flight or freeze response and how to use the breath to get back to a centered state with your mind, emotions, and pave the way to peace.

The soul knows what is best for the longevity of this life to conclude your mission efficiently. Even for the Boddhi Satva: It’s not always about everyone else. It can be as simple as keeping your own peace for yourself.
