Doc Frank chats with Matthew Rea from Kent in south-east England. Matthew is an experienced signalling trainer and also works in assurance of landmark projects such as Crossrail and HS2. Of course we talk a lot about training, the inception of my flagship training CBTC Kickstarter and the massive improvement made when I transformed this training to an online course. We also talked about getting through the tough times of the pandemic and the funny story that led to my very first podcast interview. Enjoy the lively chat from trainer to trainer.

Key elements of that challenge have been taken over to the current format of the CBTC Kickstarter Online training, including a unique “Immersion Plan”, live coaching calls and an online study community.
