This week my friend Craig Walker joins me to discuss taking risks, and his growth journey which includes founding and selling multiple successful businesses leading up to his current success at Dialpad. But perhaps most timely, we discuss his perspective on how to rise above fear and lead teams and organizations in the uncertain times we are currently operating in. 

Craig is currently founder and CEO at Dialpad, a cloud-based platform for enterprise communications that works across all devices. Dialpad has over 380 employees spread across 10 offices around the globe and over 65,000 customers.
