HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY! Welcome to PART 1 of our two-part episode set on motherhood where we sit down with our moms and ask some of the tough questions we've never actually asked them before.

In this episode, we sit down with Suzy (Chloe's mom) to hear about her unique experience with motherhood. We cover Suzy's experience with two home births, the challenges of raising children with a large age gap at completely different times in society, the best and worst of parenting, and how her life's goal was truly always to be a mom. Then we dive even deeper into the discussion on how the mother/daughter relationship has changed over time, how assumptions about the martyrdom of motherhood can cause guilt to manifest in daughters, and how we reckon with the fact that we won't have our moms with us forever.
