Dionne Bishop

With 15 years in the marketing and events industry, Dionne's commitment to crafting unique experiences is reflected through her many accolades and high profile events. Dionne started her career in advertising and ran a province-wide experiential campaign on behalf of the African and Caribbean Council on HIV/AIDS in Ontario (ACCHO). She is a Past-President of the International Live Events Association, Toronto Chapter and the 2017 Gala Chair.

A passion for B2B event marketing led Dionne to coordinating events at Canada's largest entertainment venue, Exhibition Place. She produced multiple business events supporting sales teams and as a direct result of her efforts, 6 figure contracts were typically booked on site.

Currently a member of MPI Toronto's Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Task Force and Board Member of the Tourism Industry Association of Ontario (TIAO), Dionne leads with authenticity and creativity as she continues to help businesses grow to the next level using the power of events.
