To close out the season, I sit down and talk with Dion "Showtime" Chavis, Dion is a native of Hampton Roads, VA and has spent most of his career in urban radio, but is making an impact with as a fatherhood expert, Black love curator, and educational consultant and trainer through this company and platform, The Glad Dad, LLC. During our talk, Dion shared how his upbringing  shaped his life into being an intentional father to his 2 children, dedicated husband, and effective mentor.
