Prompted by a question from Instagram, I dig into my own experiences with a fearful and punitive perception of God, the rebellion and hatred that led me to abandon my faith, and the life-altering realization that brought me back to spirituality. 

Through a candid narrative, I discuss how hitting multiple rock bottoms and embracing my darkest moments ultimately allowed me to reconnect with God and build a meaningful and abundant life guided by faith, prayer, and meditation.
