It breaks my heart knowing that people are going on the internet with a true need for help, and the internet just feeds crap. "You have to eat 1,200 calories to lose weight, You have to stop eating at 6pm to not gain weight, You will get bulky if you lift weights" and the list can go on forever. When people are looking for answers when it comes to their health, physical view, and self confidence, they are in a vulnerable position, trust me I know I was one of those people. In a vulnerable state we are desperate to try anything and everything, and most of the times we're gonna believe something because it says, "lose 20lbs in 4 weeks" blah blah blah.

 

Finding your dream body & health is not complex. Your body was designed to move. It was designed to eat. It was designed to sleep. These 3 things are essentials for creating your physique and health. You will blow your own mind away if you just took movement and made it consistent, if you took 3 strong nutritional meals and made it consistent, and slept 6 - 8 hours a night and made it consistent. If you made one healthy change to your life and stayed consistent with it, you will knock down one domino that will knock down more and more until you've eventually accomplished your goal and more.
