We often forget to acknowledge all of the many things that we are doing in our lives, day after day. In this solo episode, Catherine encourages you to zoom out and take stock of your commitments, as well as honor the things that you do and may discredit as just being "easy." This episode ends with some reflection prompts that you can bring to your journal, to help you remember to give yourself some credit, already!
