Jeannie Kim is the Associate Vice Chancellor of Grants and Economic Development for Riverside Community College District. She also has her own nonprofit providing a fun Saturday program for disabled kids and adults. 

She’s a cultural anthropologist focused on organizational culture, leadership, and change: ecological, economic and cultural.

She consults mainly for non-profits and educational institutions and coaches her client to develop innovative ideas in areas like product development, strategic planning, student success and more.

Jeannie also acts as an advisor and or board member for 4 organizations, is a volunteer, and a mother of 3.

Today, Jeannie and I are diving into the world of non-profits. We could have a whole podcast just about non-profit organizations, but in this one episode we’ll be focusing our efforts on organizational leadership, grant writing, and non-profit resource management.
