On today's episode. We have the infectious Adam Drake, Adam is an incredible fella and I really enjoyed this conversation. Adam has spent 20 years working with Youth and involved in the fitness industry for 15 years. On top of this Adam is a trained actor and director from Griffith University. I am always fascinated by people who can combine a set of skills into something great like Adam has. Adam's compassion for others is truly remarkable. Adam was nominated this year for Australian of the Year for his work in the youth justice system and his work in the adult system and providing a through care model with the Balanced Choice Program. Adam spends his time giving hope to young people in the Don Dale Youth Detention Centre but also in corporate board rooms providing team and interpersonal skills training.
