My guest this week on Know Your Shift is Kevin Redman from Oyster Partnership.
Kevin is a pioneer in PBSA recruitment, he founded the Property Recruitment Company back in 2012, daring to be different, they were the market leader in PBSA and Residential Operations recruitment.
Then, at the age of 39, Kevin suffered an Ischemic stroke, then suffered a brain bleed which led to an emergency craniotomy and spending not only just over a week in a coma & 11 days in intensive care but then the next 8 months wearing a protective helmet everywhere. After 3.5 months in hospital, he returned home in October 2022, unable to walk and unable to move his left arm.
Hear the story of how Kevin tried to keep The Property Recruitment Company going whilst still in recovery and the eventual closing of the business and how things changed overnight.
Kevin’s journey through recovery and back to doing what he loves is inspiring.
