In 1995 I was a new graduate at Majestic Wine, I was working at the Catford store. Magic place.
(No, this is not about the scams we used to try and run to bolster our tasting budgets so we could taste better fine historical wines, sorry for that, we were just "testing" the system).
Catford was a small place with, a small team.
We were all experts in a subject.
