Summer looks like it's on it's way!
Today I wanted to discuss that we have many phrases of agreement in English. Do you know what they are? I will share 2 of them today. (I gave you a clue in the subject line:)
These are the phrases we use to agree with someone's statement.
So for instance, in a dialogue between person A and person B:
A: I like running.
B: So do I!
Notice that person A has said a positive sentence.
But what happens in a negative sentence?
This is where we need to concentrate in English. Because in a negative sentence it's all different.
Dialogue:
A: I don't play the piano
B: Neither do I!
So have fun playing around with that:)
