In reality, while we're not inherently angry people, we do experience anger in day-to-day situations. In this episode, Khema (@khema.1) and Nalanda (@nalanda.jakjan) share epic stories of our internal and external struggles with people, from Nalanda battling it out with a guy at Chadstone car park, to Khema standing her ground with an airport Karen, we'll share tips of how we deal with our anger, while growing to become more assertive in our adult lives.
