You know the saying "make new friends but keep the old, one is silver and the other's gold?" Well Jen is my true gold friend and through this episode we discuss just that. Jen and I met at the age of five and 35 years later we still talk multiple mornings a week. This episode is simply fun as we share stories of our friendship and how we managed to make our it a priority through so many different seasons in our own  lives.
