On May 25, 2020, George Floyd was murdered by police officers and every company with a brain suddenly realized the Diversity and Inclusion Programs they just cut were needed more than they could imagine. But how much of that was for show? If we are going to genuinely support Diversity, what will it take? Or, has it all gone too far? If only there were a handbook of language to assist us.

Our guest for the next two episodes is: Jackie Ferguson. Jackie is an award-winning content creator, entrepreneur, author, speaker, and podcast host. She spent the majority of her career across multiple facets of business, from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies.

Jackie is co-founder and Head of Content and Programming for The Diversity Movement, an organization that creates stronger business outcomes through strengthening culture and belonging. Jackie hosts the "Diversity: Beyond the Checkbox," podcast and has been volunteering with and donating to equality organizations for more than two decades. She is also a member of the Forbes Business Council, The National Diversity Council, and has been published by Forbes and Almanac, featured in several publications.
