• Daniel Bos chatted about his career so far in powerlifting; body building and featuring in an up-coming film.  Daniel also talked about his recent outstanding performances at the National powerlifting championships on the Gold Coast, 

• Andy Paschalidis is a football journalist and commentator - and now Founder and CEO for Heart Beat For Football; saving lives after a tragic incident happened to a close friend on the football pitch.  

• Zac Georg-Dent, a member of the Australian Boomerangs Australian Men's Basketball Team, and Daniel Fabien, Team Manager, wrapped up their very successful time in Astana in Kazakhstan.  

• Chelsea Marchetti, physiotherapist from the Flipper Academy, had some exercises that may strengthen our pelvic floor and may help with incontinence.  

• Natansh Modi is a Lecturer in Pharmacy Clinical and Health Sciences at the University of South Australia. Natansh shared news on how AI chatbots could spread “Fake News” with serious health consequences, 

• Gill McGinty, Business Manager Community Services, from Resthaven, spoke about staff recruitment and retention. Perhaps a career you may consider in the aged care sector?  

• Jude Hines is the Director for the Adelaide Rep's Theatre’s up-coming season of Shakespeare in Hollywood – chaotic; funny; entertaining; a Must-See. Come along to the Arts Theatre from Thursday, July 17th,
