Shah is currently a law student at the University of San Diego where he is currently studying both law and real estate. After a frustrating stint trying to do the impossible (i.e. beat the S&P 500), Shah repositioned himself to finding alternatives to the publicly traded securities. Along the ride, he stumbled upon several interesting niches that we will be discussing today - namely commercial real estate.
