Hey everyone, thanks for tuning in! Today you'll hear me sitting down Maureen Bornbaum. Maureen is a high level powerlifter from Ontario Canada. In 2018 at Boss of Bosses she squatted 424, benched 259, and deadlifted 479 for a total of 1,157 lbs! Outside of the platform Maureen has a degree in Global Development and Gender Studies and is a social worker! We really had a great balanced conversation that ranged from the North American social/political landscape to schoolboy Q, powerlifting, and more!
