Michele has some things on her mind and she doesn't realize that something else is what's holding her back. PK immediately identifies this and then begins and explains spiritual surgery, which she performs and works through this old would on Michele, setting her free to move forward in life. Then, there is a surprise visit from an auntie that has passed and PK describes her to a T! She wants Michele to know that she is around and watching over her.
