In this short meditation, we invite you to take a few moments to relax and find emotional balance. In today's world, we often get caught up in holding onto emotions, which can lead to undesirable states of mind. Through this meditation, we will learn to approach our emotions as simply that - emotions. By allowing them to flow freely and observing them without judgment, we can achieve a sense of calm and emotional stability.

As you find a comfortable position and close your eyes, you will notice a gentle wave of relaxation sweeping over your body. Become aware of the tingling sensation in your fingers and apply a childhood sense of delight towards it. This feeling of energy and power can be felt throughout your entire body by imagining it everywhere. With each breath, allow yourself to let go of any negative emotions and find inner peace.
