This is meditation week 1 of 3 in the May series "Pace Your Race: A mindful meditation podcast series to weave stillness into a full season."

This first 10min meditation is about finding relief from stress, worry, and regret by anchoring in the present moment starting with the 5 senses and then focusing on the breath.

My hope is that you experience some stillness that will carry into the energy you bring to the activities the rest of your day and how you experience them.

For best results, return to the meditation as close to daily as possible. And come back next week for meditation #2.
