This week on the podcast is Jamie Weatherfield, RN, BSN. Jamie started her nursing career Washington, DC. While working in an ICU in Washington, DC, she was introduced to the organ donation world and became interested in that specialty. She eventually moved back to California and is working as a Resource Triage Coordinator for one of the Organ Procurement Organizations in California.

Jamie takes us through her nursing journey and really highlights her passion for organ donation. She shares with us what her current job entails, other positions possible for nurses and how you can get involved with this patient population if that is your passion as well.
