Richard Primus is the Theodore J. St. Antoine Collegiate Professor of Law at the University of Michigan Law School, where he has taught constitutional law since 2001. Students at the school have chosen him to receive the L. Hart Wright Award, as the institution’s outstanding teacher, on four separate occasions.
