Awareness like this, when all of our faculties are focused together, has a powerful effect in us as it essentially operates like a magnet, bringing parts of us together. We tend to shatter and scatter to some degree in response to life experiences but there is a fundamental state of re-integration that we long for! These moments remind us that we were designed to be whole beings.”
