After years of working in corporate law with companies like Genentech, adidas, LucasArts, and others, Melissa started her own practice in order to bring her knowledge and expertise of the law to smaller businesses and individual entrepreneurs.

She’s guided creatives, artists, musicians, and entrepreneurs through rough legal terrain for over two decades and here's what she learned: far too many weren't ready to work with a lawyer because they didn't understand the basics. She didn't find this satisfying, and she knew she could do more.

This marked the beginning of Blissness® School -- friendly, accessible, affordable, and opportunities to master the basics with a community of like-minded, diverse, and supportive individuals.
