In 2007 the body of Lindsay Hawker, a British teacher working in Tokyo, was found dead on an apartment balcony in a bathtub full of sand. The suspected killer, Tatsuya Ichihashi, managed to evade police capture by living on the fringes of society for two and a half years. This is that utter bastard's story.
