This week we are talking about food. I don't think we all think how important food is and what we put in our body is very important. More Importantly, what goes into our food plays into the functioning of our body and overall health. I have been deep diving more into it myself and this week I wanted to share that with you guys! I am talking about different types of foods, the additives, and food priorities when looking at labels. PLEASE REMEMBER: what works for me, might not work for you.
