This episode is as informative as it is laugh out loud funny.

My guest this week is 2019 Hair Expo Men’s Hairdresser of the Year, International Ambassador for Evo and co-owner of Rubi hair in Melbourne, Tom White.

Tom discusses how he opened himself to as many opportunities as possible, stayed true to what he believed in, and although it ruffled some feathers and even got him kicked off a creative team before a big show, he never deviated from his vision and stayed the course, even if he fell flat on his face.

Tom is known for his outspoken personality but more so for always being authentically himself and a genuine guy.

On this episode we talk more about the business side of Tom’s career. How he bought into the salon he worked for becoming part owner, his vision plan for his career and about surrounding yourself with the right people. 

This episode had me laughing out loud.
