After a brief sojourn into weather and climate change, we talk about risk assessment, modeling, human actions, and behaviors, then segue into the CCPs tendrils via the Thousand Talents Program.

  • The Weather: Blisteringly Hot San Francisco Summers are the coldest winters. Air conditioning makes life livable. The human race is no match for Mother Nature.

  • 1000 Talents Program: CCP Chinese Communist Party put in place to highlight exceptional individuals right in China. And also outside China directly, but I sense that they're using it as some kind of cover to get their tendrils into everything and everyone.
